Have tried another lion's mane product, no effect. Immediate effect with All7 gummies, and it's sustained into my 22nd day of taking it. Have gone from difficulty processing recent challenges emotionally, to feeling tau/calm, focused and clear. With all of that mental noise out the way, I have a lot more motivation and drive. My family also have a history of heart problems, most have died before reaching 60. Have experienced heart problems during stressful periods, which also affects my emotional regulation. I have been unwell for a long time.
Injury that went disastrous due to an operation. The surgeon was banned. Just so you get an idea how bad it was and what ruling they made without any input by me.
This led to me having sharp pain spiking into the left side of my head, throat, chest etc. For over ten years. It was so intense the doctors put me into a coma before finally deciding to remove the tacs.
There was no hope to change.
I was told i had at best 3 years to live.
It happened my body didn't agree. But i still had the pain. I couldn't run a sentence together a year ago.
I had tried some lions mane in the past. A long with 100s of other things. I did notice a difference with some lions mane i got from overseas. None of the NZ stuff did anything. But i found if i took 6 tablets of one it helped clear the head a bit.
Sadly that went back to full price and i couldn't afford it.
I saw the All7. Hummed and hahed. . I live on a benefit. Yep. I'm one of the bldugers sorry. I cant do any type of real work. I volunteer a bit. Etc. But even a warehouse job i get fired from quickly. Not being able to think or talk right doesn't do much for your chances of staying employed.

Doctors you ask?
Yeah nah. M doctor still thinks i have a sore back. No matter how many times he reds the notes or i explain it to him.
He just says nah sore back and signs the paperwork. Hands me painkillers and walks me out the door.
Even had another doctor suggest to him i need antibiotics. Dr just said sure. But why bother?.
You'd think change doctors right ?
Nah. I did that a few times.
But the point here is. Take lions mane .
By the spoonful.
Twice a day.
Let it sit in a small bit of juice first. Stir. Sit. Stir. Pour some more in. And drink.
Otherwise lumpy. But more importantly it feels different. Yep. Let it sit. Just until it mixes in with the juice.
There's been some other things i have found lately that help. But lion mane is my daily . And i take as much as i can afford.
Because it works. For me.
